There are no additional fees for blanketing, holding the horse for the farrier or vet, giving supplements or simple medications, or turning out. Each horse is given an evaluation, brushing, hoof cleaning at least twice a day at no charge. Turn-out is in individual paddocks (unless you request otherwise) for a minimum of 6 hours per day (or night).

Loch Eden Equestrian Center is a Training Facility. All boarders must be in Training.

Boarding: Boarders must take a lesson package or be in full training.

Full training including board (Barn) and lessons:  $1,450.00/mo. 

Barn (with 6 hrs or more turn out /day) ...............$600.00/mo.

12' X 12' Free Choice stall w/ private paddock......$700.00/mo.

12' X 16' "Deluxe Condo" w/ private paddock .....$800.00/mo.

Lesson Rates::  Individual 1 hour lessons (On site) ...........................$65.00

Individual 1 hour lessons (Trailer in) ........................$70.00

Individual 1 hour lessons (Off site) ..........................$75.00

Lesson Packages: All boarders must take at least one lesson or have Margie train the horse at least one hour per week .

Package 1:  Seven lessons (Save $55.00) ..................$400.00

Package 2:  Ten lessons (Save $110.00)....................$540.00

Loch Eden is a training facility.  We will not rent our facilities to other trainers or riders who want to bring their trainer with them.
